An individual who is a client or contributor to a current or former Sustainology UK customer who seeks access or wishes to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the respective customer first and then, if no response is obtained or such response is not satisfactory, should contact enquiries@sustainologyuk.com.


If Sustainology UK receives a request under this provision, Sustainology UK will action it within a maximum seventy-two (72) business hours, or in compliance with a social media platforms terms of service.


Sustainology UK will retain personal data it processes on behalf of its customers for as long as needed to provide its services. Sustainology UK will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce its agreements.
